All Defiantly Human products are made to order by human artists and printed on demand. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. If an order is lost or delayed after leaving the print facility, please file a carrier claim.
We will replace or refund if the item arrives damaged, has a print defect (fading, misalignment, missing ink), or you received the wrong item. Email chris@defiantlyhuman.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and we'll make it right.
Care Instructions
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent, then let it air dry away from direct heat.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach. Heat and agitation distort the crown and damage the embroidery — a washing machine will ruin the shape of this cap.
Keep the leather patch dry. Wipe it clean rather than soaking it.
